Maberry Centre Bat Homes main objective is to provide acceptable conditions for residential, business and commercial bat habitat, that also features less maintenance and long life, at a reasonable price.

 The "ROOST" bat house was mounted June 2007 on the outside wall (6th floor) of the Ft. Worth Convention Center parking garage in an effort to remove a colony of bats located inside the building, in small crevices, near the ceiling of different floors. (See the close-up picture below with the mother bat having her pup).

We wish to thank Bonnie Bradshaw, (supervisor) for 911 Wildlife solving wildlife problems in Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton and Garyson Counties for the home-owners and property managers. Gary Lawrence working on this bat eviction took the incredible picture of a new- born pup being born. In the center of the picture you can see that its umbilical cord is still attached to the mother! (Mother bats have their pups hanging upside down).
